Shirley Ann Johnson, 80, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, passed away January 30th, 2024 at her daughter’s home.

Shirley was born April 18th, 1943 in Osceola, Nebraska. She graduated high school in 1960 from Osceola. Shirley met her late husband Ron at the Omaha World Herald where she worked in accounts and Ron worked as an artist for the paper. Shirley loved, “lunch with the girls,” watching the grandchildren grow, shopping for Blake, her youngest grandchild, spring flowers, thrift store shopping with Heather, and having her sonin- law Brandon around to do all the household handywork.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Glen and Celestine Hendrickson, husband Ronald O. Johnson, and son-in-law Randall Williams. She leaves behind her daughter Heather, son-in-law Brandon, and grandson Blake, daughter Christal Williams, and two grandchildren Lauren and David Williams, sister Delores (Jim) Anderson, nieces and nephew Kurt Anderson, Nickole Anderson and Leslie (Randy) Reiger, great niece and nephews Wyatt, Garret, and Grace Reiger.

Visitation will be held 10:00 - 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 10th, 2024 at Dubas Funeral Home in Osceola, Nebraska. Graveside services will follow the visitation at Osceola Cemetery.
