Services are pending.

Sharon was born to George and Bertha Berck in Osceola, Nebraska on March 3, 1936. She went to be with the Lord on January 7, 2022 at 85 years of age. Sharon graduated from Osceola High School in 1953, where she played clarinet and trombone in the band and sang in the school and local church choirs. She attended college for two years at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. In 1956, she moved to Denver, Colorado and trained to become an X-ray technician. Afterward, she worked as an X-ray technician at Bryan Memorial Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska.

She married Robert W. Bryan of Silver Creek on December 28, 1956. They had three children: Susan Bryan, Alan Bryan, and Michael Bryan. Sharon worked on the farm near Silver Creek, Nebraska while raising her children. Robert and Sharon were divorced in 1979. She then moved to Stromsburg with her children. She attended the Stromsburg Baptist Church. In 1981, she moved to York, Nebraska and started the Open Door Christian Bookstore and Outreach Center.

Sharon married John W. Foster, DVM, from San Augustine, Texas on October 16, 1982. John had three children from a previous marriage: Ginger Foster, Scott Foster, and Mike Foster, who she treated as her own children. John and Sharon lived in San Augustine for two years before moving to Paris, Texas in 1984. John owned the Animal Hospital of Paris, where Sharon managed the office. John passed away from cancer in 1993 after 11 years of marriage. John and Sharon were very close and spent their working and free time together.

Sharon moved in 1995 to Tulsa, Oklahoma where two of her children lived. She attended Victory Christian Church. She loved the Lord and wanted to serve him. She remained active and maintained several close friendships until her death.
