Sadie Patience (Noyd) Smith

Sadie Patience Smith, age 44, of Shelby, Nebraska, passed away September 17, 2021 at her home in Shelby.
Memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Shelby United Methodist Church with Pastor Teri Lucas officiating. A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 21 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the church in Shelby. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated later.
Sadie was born June 30, 1977 to Ray Loren and Darla Jean (Woodard) Noyd in Columbus. She attended school in Shelby graduating from Shelby High school in 1995. She lived in various places including Schuyler, Columbus, Stromsburg, Osceola and Shelby.
She was united in marriage to Jeremy Lynn Smith on June 10, 2021. She was a wife and mom and enjoyed knitting and crocheting, and horses. She was a loving mother and loved the farm life.
Survivors include children: Carley (Ryan) Campbell of Omaha, Anthony Rima of Osceola, Hailey Rima of Shelby, Jaclynn Prigge of Shelby, Thor Prigge of Shelby, step-children: Derreck (Morgan) Langer of Shelby, Spencer (Jerrica) Smith of Richland, Mallory  Triveras of Columbus; grandchildren: Mason, Lettie, Ava, Olivia; mother Darla (John) Jarmin of Osceola; grandmother Alice Woodard; brothers Augie (Ada) Noyd of Shelby, Zeb (Jessica) Noyd of Hastings; sister Sarah Noyd of Columbus; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Ray L. Noyd; grandfather Keith Woodard and grandparents Lee and Alice Noyd.
Dubas Funeral Home of Osceola and Stromsburg has been entrusted with arrangements.
