Paula Arlene Boye, age 67, of Columbus, Nebraska, passed away February 22, 2024 in Columbus.

A private family service will be held at Dubas Funeral Home in Stromsburg.

Paula was born June 3, 1956 in Stromsburg to Everett James and Leona Marie (James) Noyd. She attended school in Stromsburg and graduated from Stromsburg High School in 1974. Following high school she worked and lived in various places including Lincoln, York and Columbus.

She was united in marriage to Fredrick ‘Freddy’ Boye Jr. To this union four children were born. She later was in a relationship with Earl ‘Be’ Sullivan. To this union one daughter was born.

Paula enjoyed fishing, camping, making beads/jewelry, bowling, billiards, animals and loved thunderstorms.

Survivors include her children: Jesse Boye of Lincoln, Justin Boye of Colorado Springs, CO, Desirae Sutton of Gardner, KS, and Laci Eddie of York; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild; two brothers, Dwayne Noyd of Lake Tahoe, CA, and Ronald Noyd of Oregon; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Dawn Nicole Noyd; parents Everett and Leona Noyd; brothers, Leland and Devern Noyd; sisters Marlyce (Vincent) Brumbaug and Elaine (Virgil) Ackerman.
