Kristophor Prigge Obituary

Kristophor Dean Prigge, age 35, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away January 2, 2022 at Bryan LGH East in Lincoln.

Memorial services were held Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in York with Pastor Rob Garton officiating. Organist was Deb Stuhr. Musical selections were “Precious Lord, Take My Hand”, and “On Eagle’s Wings.” A private family inurnment will be held at a later date.

Kristophor was born November 6, 1986 to Deb Seymour and Cliff Prigge. He was baptized at Faith Lutheran Church in Rising City and attended First Evangelical Lutheran Church Sunday School in York. After the family moved to Stromsburg he was confirmed at Calvary Lutheran Church in Swede Home.

Kristophor graduated from Stromsburg High School in 2005. He then attended school at Northeast Community College for diesel mechanics. He lived and worked in Seward where he was a volunteer on the fire and rescue squad. He enjoyed mudding and hanging out with friends.

Survivors include his mother Deborah Seymour of York; father Cliff Prigge of Waco; brothers Todd (Melinda) Prigge of Mount Carmel, IL, Joseph Prigge of Gresham; grandparents Tom and Shirley Manning of York and John Prigge of Surprise; Emily and Kash; many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather Michael Seymour and grandmother Clysta Prigge.

Dubas Funeral Home of Stromsburg and Osceola has been entrusted with arrangements.
