Jack Lee Tindall Jr., age 73, of Osceola, Nebraska, passed away February 22, 2026 at Annie Jeffrey Memorial Health Center in Osceola.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Dubas Funeral Home Osceola with Pastor Raleigh White officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 25 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Osceola. Musical selections will be “I Want To Stroll Over Heaven With You” and “Bridge Over Troubled Waters.” Pallbearers will be Cody Vavra, Gage Perez, Michael Prososki, Hudson Prososki, Dylan Tschantre and Clayton Tindall. Interment will be in the Osceola Cemetery. Lunch will follow at the Osceola Legion,

Jack was born July 25, 1952 in Stromsburg, Nebraska to Jack Honnell Tindall Sr. and Palmetta Lyon. He attended school in Osceola, graduating from Osceola High School in 1970. He then attended Wayne State College for 2 years. After high school he joined the National Guard and was discharged April 29 1976.

He was united in marriage to Bonita Jean McCarville in 1973. To this union one daughter, Jenny was born. The family lived on a farm near Osceola where Jack farmed with his father and worked for the Coop in Benedict driving truck, hauling grain, feed and chemicals. Later he gave up the truck driving job and concentrated on farming.

He was a member of the Platte Valley Mustang Club and Polk County Wildlife. He enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing and collecting cars. He also enjoyed watching old TV shows including Gunsmoke, Zorro and the Lone Ranger.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie of Osceola; daughter Jenny Tindall of Columbus; grandchildren Cody Vavra of Shelby, Autumn (Gage Perez) Tindall of Omaha, Jena Augustin of Omaha and Andrea (fiance Cody) Cardenas; great grandchild Jayden Cardenas; brother Pat (Sue) Tindall of Osceola; nephews, nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Jaydon Tindall.

Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated later.
