Grace Irene Mace, age 84, of Osceola, Nebraska, passed away June 1, 2023 at the Good Samaritan Society in Osceola.
Grace was born April 3, 1939 in Chillicothe, Missouri to Virgil and Helen (Hines) French. She attended school in Chillicothe.
On October 12, 1957 she was united in marriage to William ‘Billy’ Mace in Miami, Oklahoma. They were blessed with seven children. Grace loved being a homemaker and mother.
She enjoyed cooking, sewing, fishing, camping, baking, crocheting, quilting, drawing and needle work.
Survivors include children: Max Mace of Missouri, Emma Wade of California, Joey Mace of Oregon, Telitha Mace of Missouri, Johnny (Marjorie)) Mace of Missouri, Betty Rieck of Osceola and Twila (David) Cole of Oregon; special friend Jack Governor; 26 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two grandsons, one granddaughter, one niece, two sisters and one brother.
